So today is Day 8 of my plan to lose fat.  The week went by rather quickly, and it’s hard to believe that seven days have already passed since I started. I’ve been experimenting with a few recipes and just starting to get into the swing of things of cooking at home. Previously I used to eat out a lot, but now I try to eat at home as much as possible so that I have the most control of what I put in my body.
