01What we collect

• At checkout, through our store platform: your email, IP address, country and browser details. Payments are handled by the payment provider; we never see your card number.
• When you use the software: your license key, a hardware ID of your PC (HWID), and the IP address and time of each launch.
• On our Discord: your Discord ID and the messages you send in tickets.

02Why

• To deliver your key and let you use it.
• To keep each key on one PC and stop shared or stolen keys.
• To answer your support tickets.
• To prevent fraud and answer payment disputes.

03Who sees it

We never sell your data. It is only shared with the services that run our store and payments, and with a bank or payment provider when a payment made with your details is disputed.

04How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and payment disputes. Launch data is kept while your key is active and for a limited time after.

05This website

lowdead.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your progress in the setup guides is saved in your own browser only.

06Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it for the reasons above, by opening a ticket on our Discord.
