Refund policy

01All sales are final

A license key works the moment it is delivered and cannot be taken back once you have it. For this reason we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits once a key is delivered, whether or not it was launched.

Check the product page, its live status on lowdead.com/status and its setup guide before you buy.

02Right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. This right does not apply to digital content delivered right away with your agreement.

By completing your purchase, you ask for immediate delivery of your key and accept that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is delivered.

03If something does not work

Most problems come from a Windows setting and are fixed in minutes. Follow the Troubleshooting section of your product guide, then open a ticket on our Discord if you are still stuck.

• When a product goes down for an update, active keys get the lost time back.
• HWID resets are done by support, in a ticket.

04Chargebacks and payment disputes

If something is wrong with your order, contact support first. Opening a chargeback or a payment dispute with your bank instead is treated as fraud when the key was delivered.

• Every key linked to your purchases is banned right away.
• Your email, IP address and payment details are blocked from our store.
• We send your bank our records of the order: payment, delivery of the key, and every launch of the key on your PC.
