01Agreement

These terms apply to every purchase on lowdead.com and to every use of LOWDEAD software. By buying a license or using the software, you agree to them and to our Refund policy and Privacy policy.

02What you buy

A license key that lets you use one LOWDEAD product for the length of the plan you pick, shown in days on the product page, or lifetime. Nothing physical is shipped.

The time of a key starts at its first launch, not at the moment you buy it.

03Delivery

Your key is shown on your order page as soon as your payment is confirmed, and sent to the email you entered at checkout. Delivery is complete at that moment.

04One key, one PC

A key locks to the hardware of the first PC it is launched on (HWID). It is for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling or giving away a key without our written permission is not allowed and gets the key banned without refund.

HWID resets are done by our support team, in a ticket.

05Requirements

LOWDEAD software runs on Windows 10 and 11. Check the live status of a product on lowdead.com/status before you buy, and follow its setup guide: some Windows security settings have to be changed for the software to run.

06Updates and downtime

Games update often. When a product needs an update, we take it offline until it is safe again and show it as Updating on the status page. Active keys get the lost time back.

07Use at your own risk

Game publishers do not allow third-party software in their games. We work to keep every product undetected, but we cannot guarantee that a game account will never be restricted or banned. You use the software at your own risk.

We are not responsible for game bans, account suspensions, or the loss of game items, progress or purchases.

08What is not allowed

Breaking these rules gets the key banned without refund.

• Copying, cracking, reverse engineering or modifying the software or the loader.
• Sharing or reselling keys, accounts or builds without our permission.
• Using the software to harm other people, their accounts or their devices.

09Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in your currency at checkout. Payments are handled by our store platform and its payment providers; we never see your card number. Every sale is final, as explained in our Refund policy.

10Chargebacks and payment disputes

If something is wrong with your order, contact support first. Opening a chargeback or a payment dispute with your bank instead is treated as fraud when the key was delivered.

• Every key linked to your purchases is banned right away.
• Your email, IP address and payment details are blocked from our store.
• We send your bank our records of the order: payment, delivery of the key, and every launch of the key on your PC.

11Liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the key concerned.

LOWDEAD is an independent provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. All trademarks belong to their owners.

12Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.
